Getting to the clinic from Rayners Lane
Rayners Lane station has the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, but its Metropolitan line trains run on the Uxbridge branch, which doesn't go through Pinner. By bus, TfL lists route H12 as stopping at Rayners Lane Station and at Pinner Station. TfL's Journey Planner has times.
The clinic is a 3-minute walk from Pinner Underground station, on the first floor, up one flight of stairs, with no lift.

Doesn't the Metropolitan line go from Rayners Lane to Pinner?
Not on the same branch. TfL's route list shows Metropolitan line trains from Rayners Lane running via West Harrow to Harrow-on-the-Hill, not through Pinner.
