Watford station is on the Metropolitan line, Pinner's line. Watford Junction and Watford High Street are on the London Overground (Lioness line), and Watford Junction also has national rail services. TfL doesn't list a bus route between Watford and Pinner. TfL's Journey Planner has times.

The clinic is a 3-minute walk from Pinner Underground station, on the first floor, up one flight of stairs, with no lift.
